It even located a place way out in the country that we wanted to go. The free lifetime maps is a big plus for my husband. Showing the posted speed limit is very helpful and we found it posts the limit quickly, as you pass a spee .  

By Fredrick Hodge. I recently relocated to an unfamiliar city in the US and needed this GPS unit to help find houses, food, new work, and shopping locations. It worked flawlessly. Other people complained about the pop up ads during navigation. I did not have this issue. The only time a pop up ad was seen was during initial startup and occationally when I was just viewing the map and not actually using the unit for directions. Over all this unit was very helpful and easy to use. I would recommend this unit to anyone moving to a new city.

We turned on a radio traffic report and discovered the original route had a 2 hour back up due to a traffic accident. Fortunately, we were not in it. We arrived at our destination on time thanks to the traffic alert in the GPS system.

By Paul R. Salch. This is an amazing device. I had a Navigon that was not map updatable, therefore, I had to buy another product. This device is easy to use, has multiple options, updatable, and has a great display. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I did put my hands on it at Best Buy first to ensure I would like the product, and bought it on line due to less expensive than at Best Buy. The only thing that would put the device over the top is to display points of interest on the map as my Navigon did that and I cannot see how to do that on this one.
